Chords-symbols are a text style with special characteristics enabling MusiCAD to use chords for accompaniment parts like automated bass and automated chord lines. Chord symbols are frequently used in lead sheets.
Adding chord symbols to a melody is an easy task since the text style chord symbols is the default text style. So when typing any of the letters a-g, a prompt for a chord symbol will pop up.
